A BIG THANK YOU to all our Colonial players, families and hockey fans, who helped make the “War to Restore New Jersey” charity hockey game a rousing success!   The ice battle, that took place on Friday, November 16, saw our NJC’s coaches take on the New Jersey Devils NHL Alumni Team, all in  good fun and for a great cause!

The game far exceeded anyone’s expectations on attendance, with 2,200 young and old hockey fans filling the seats!  Donations were generous and plentiful, too!  The take for the evening’s festivities were just over $24,000, with additional amounts made out to the specific charities, totaling  an additional $3,175!  Fans graciously brought in 3,562 pounds of food for the Interfaith Food Pantry, too!

Fans, if you have any pictures to share from the evening, please send them to: Ddmcmenamy@aol.com.  We’d love to put them on our web site picture gallery!
